Membership Fee
- 'Kspace Parent & Child Membership Fee' is a one-time payment of ¥4,000 (per child)
- Kspace Parent & Child weekly classes
- Saturday Family Circle
- Kspace Community Events (parent workshops, family picnics etc)
- VIP Member's Web
Note: Kspace Parent & Child Membership Fee does not cover entry into the child only Saturday School programme, International Pre-School & Kindergarten, After School or child-only seasonal camps (Winter/Spring & Summer School). The Parent & Child Membership Fee cannot be deducted from entry into these programmes in the future and it is stand-alone fee.

Note
- All bookings are for a duration of one calendar month (a block of 4 classes) or two calendar months (a block of 8 classes) and will expire on the last day of the calendar month for which they were purchased.
- In the event that a family starts joins in the middle of the month, they may only purchase single-class tickets for that month, and blocks for future months.
- Blocks of tickets can be purchased in advance at the beginning of each calendar month. Attendance follows payment.
Policies: Make-Ups and Refunds
- If your child is sick or you must change your schedule, we kindly request that you cancel in advance of the booked class by email or phone. We can reschedule your bookings for the block with notice provided and within the month they are brought for.
- If you 'no show'/do not attend, without contacting Kspace, a ticket fee may be charged for the missed class.
- Highlight event class in the year (e.g. Easter, Mothers'/Fathers' Days, Halloween, Christmas) that are advertised as party dates will be charged once booked, even if families ultimately cannot attend.
- Months or periods that have Saturday or midweek calendar closure dates (e.g. Half-Terms, Christmas/New Year week) might not have the regular amount of attendable classes and please check before booking blocks.
Once purchased, we are unable to offer refunds, without exception.
