Students can travel around the world without ever leaving the classroom. From students learning to locate different continents, countries, and cities on a map to understanding what makes our planet unique.

Geography Club will show us all the types of food from around the world and all the strange things people eat in certain places. Children will be shown how to understand how to map the classroom, and see what they can locate with Google Maps when zooming in and out across the globe. They can even map a character’s journey and create an island for someone to travel through, with jungles, swamps, rapid rivers and more.

What is the hottest country on earth? The coldest? What do people wear in the arctic? Where can we see a blue whale? From landscapes, seascapes, cultures, traditions and people, Geography Club opens up many themes and topics for the children to explore about our planet.
