Fitness Club
Children can develop a number of great skills in Fitness Club that enable them to improve their athleticism, team work skills, and gymnastic ability.
Students will be encouraged to practise their flexibility and agility in gymnastics, focusing on tumbling, balancing, upper and lower body strength and more. Through the use of the gym equipment, various stations will focus on a specific physical activity for development, from walking across balance beams to hopping through the rungs of the ladder. Everyone will love the Balance Challenge, the Uphill Challenge, and crawling under the low bridge to get to the next exciting part of the circuit.
Team work and individual challenges are also both at the forefront of Fitness Club, where popular games such as dodgeball, tag and soccer are used to teach team skills, and individual tasks reinforce independence and individual effort.
As well as learning about friendly competition, rules of games and releasing tonnes of energy, everyone will be having so much fun playing with their friends and teammates.
