Boxing

Kids build strength, self-control and confidence with Kspace boxing...but most importantly, they HAVE FUN! Boxing class introduces basic martial arts techniques through fun drills and games. The children learn how to stand at attention, respond to the instructor and take turns with other children. Younger students learn the foundations of the sport and the class format including how to respond to instructions. Older students will take a leadership role, learning longer combinations and practising high repetitions of kicks.
