Kspace Main Membership @ ¥20,000
Covers entry to Parent & Child classes (including Saturday Family Circle), After-School (plus Saturday After-School), private tutorials, seasonal programmes and community events.
Kspace Saturday Membership @ ¥30,000 & Saturday Annual Fee @ ¥10,000
Covers entry to the Saturday School Programme, Saturday Family Circle, seasonal programmes and community events.
Note: The Seasonal School (spring/summer/winter) Materials Fees still apply.
NOTE FOR ENROLLED SATURDAY SCHOOL PARENTS
If you have Saturday School Membership you will be charged the regular Saturday School fees for Saturdays, and you may still use your pre-purchased Saturday blocks for Saturdays during summer.

Refunds & Make-ups
- • Strictly no refunds, without any exception.
- • Summer School fees only apply to the Summer School 2019 period and services cannot be offered in lieu. Fees/credit/days cannot be carried over if unused, in full or in part.
- • Make-up days may be offered (within the Summer School period) if 2 days notice of absence is given in writing. Approval of make-up days is based upon space availability and is at the discretion of the school.
- • Japanese Consumption Tax will be added to all prices quoted
Attendance Notes:
You can book as many days as you wish. If it's your child's first ever child-only programme, we will contact you to ensure they are offered the best opportunity to settle with us.
- • There is a sibling discount of 5% per child
- • The maximum discount offered on any invoice is 15%, regardless of when payment is made.
- • Kspace T-shirts are mandatory school wear:
- • Regular @ ¥2,800 each (we recommend that you also put one in your child's bag as a spare).
- • Allergy T-shirt @ ¥3,000 each
- • Snacks/meals are not included in fees above. Midweek snack/lunch sets cost ¥720 (regular) or ¥900 (large) per day and are ordered /paid online, directly to the caterer Kiwi Kitchen.
Saturday snack/lunch sets cost ¥800 and are ordered directly from Kspace online. Afternoon snacks cost ¥300.

English Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at ¥3,000 per class (or 1 Aspace ticket)
Phonics Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at ¥3,000 per class (or 1 Aspace ticket)
After-school Programmes
¥3,000 per class (1 hour) or ¥25,000 per block of 10 classes
Guest-Teacher Classes
Dance/Hip Hop/Street Dance/ etc. @ ¥4,000 per class (1 hour) or ¥30,000 per block of 10 classes
Afternoon extension
5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. @ ¥2,000 per hour.
6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. @ ¥2,000 per hour.
Note: No part-charge fees; invoiced per hourly units only.
Children enjoy relaxed activities during this period.
Private Tutorials
Academic Classes
¥7,000 per class (1 Hour class)
One-to-one lesson in Maths, Literacy, Phonics, ESL, Science, Pre-Exam Study, Interview Preparation and more!
Music Classes
¥5,000 per class (30 minute class)
One-to-one tuition possible in various instruments e.g. drums, guitar and piano.
